At Sunferno, we stand behind every strap, hook, and protector we make. That’s why every product is backed by our Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.

Coverage Includes:

• Replacement of defective product due to manufacturing defects for the expected lifespan of the product
• Failure under normal intended use due to product defect.

Does Not Cover:

• Misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
• Wear and tear from regular use.
• Incompatibility or improper fitment.
• Warranties apply only to the original Sunferno brand purchaser and does not transfer to new owners

How to Claim:

1. Select your product in the drop down selection.
2. Complete the warranty registration form for that product.
3. Provide your Amazon Order ID and, if defective, a clear photo of the issue.

Note for Customers:

Please retain your Amazon Order ID for verification. Photos may be requested in the case of defective claims.
